Songs of the Civil Rights Era
Celebrate Juneteenth at Willard Memorial Chapel! Open Sunday June 18th, 2023 from 1 – 4 PM. From 1 -3 PM, enjoy food, refreshments, make & take your own Harriet Tubman lanterns and free tours of the Willard Memorial Chapel. From 3 – 4 PM, hear organist Susan May on our historic organ. Featuring music written by African American men and women during the Civil Rights Era.
This event is FREE. The Chapel is handicap accessible through its north entrance off Seymour Street. Regular hours Wednesday-Friday 10 AM – 4 PM or call 315-252-0339. Presented by the Community Preservation Committee.
